Cherry blossoms and tulips were in bloom at Descanso Gardens this past weekend so we made the trek to La Canada to get a glimpse of the beginning of Spring. Baby had a blast exploring the grounds though he didn't get very far as he has an OCD-like fixation with going up and down ramps and stairs.
After a year of hanging out in the closet, my white linen dress finally made its debut. I love the button detail and the modest midi length, perfect for a tea party and all other dainty occasions. Accessories like my AU Rate circle earrings, gold arc ring, and box bag completed the look. When I first put on the dress, M gave me a "oh, you're REALLY going to wear a WHITE dress today?" look but I brazenly stared back and silently accepted the challenge. And like a miracle from heaven, the dress stayed spotless even after chasing baby all day in the gardens, eating baby back ribs for dinner, and having chocolate froyo for dessert. Another win for Mom.
